Community Remembers Young Firefighter

A community continues to mourn the death of a young firefighter, this time by candlelight.? One by one friends and family members spoke about 18-year-old Jeremy Tighe, as hundreds of friends and classmates gathered at Evansville's Pagoda downtown.? Flanked by fire trucks, the crowd lit candles to remember a young man lost too soon.? Tighe was killed Wednesday night when the fire truck he was traveling in crashed.? A procession Friday ran past McCutchanville fire station 10, and the site where Tighe died.? Tighe's funeral is set for Monday morning at 10:30.
